· First, log into Hidden-Tech.  You should have created your login with them at this point.

!--[if !supportLists]-->· Next, on the left side of the page, there is a User Menu.  Click on My and My Company Profile:

· This will bring up a form page into which you place your information:

· Most of this should be self-explanatory and there is help for certain items.  When you’re done with filling in the form, click on the Update Company Profile button at the bottom of the form.  Be sure to include keywords as this makes searching for you easier.

If you’ve already done this, then you should move on to the Skills Inventory in the User Menu:

· Click on the Skills Inventory in the User Menu:

· Next, you’ll be brought to the Skills Inventory page:

· This is comprised of two columns of drop-down menus.  Click on the first drop-down in the left column and choose a category.  In your case, I would expect you to choose ARTS AND RELATED SERVICES.  Then, in the corresponding right column entry, you’d choose a major Skill Category.  I did check the major skills categories and found that nothing you do seems to be listed.  In this case, I would at least choose one category (arts and related services) and don’t choose a major skill.  At the bottom of the page, there is a place for Extra Unlisted Skills:

· What I did was to put it in category: skill format (see above).  Unfortunately, these are not actually searchable in the database.  You may want to contact them directly to see if they can add some writing skills or even a critic skill to the performing arts category.  You may also want to ask for other things as well (for instance, a grant writer category or skill).
